Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused telecalling executive to join our team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote about the process and services , generate leads and excellent customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities;

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Explain about the process and services by the company.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion.
  • Maintain and updates customers database.
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolve any issues.
